Happy new year from Thrive! Bella and I got our first workout of the new year in. You have the choice to make 2017 your best year yet. Here are three tips to make your goals effective:
1) Know your exact goal. Write it down. Set measurable goals that you can track daily to ensure your success.
2) Find your x-factor. What drives you? What is your motivation to reach your goal? Know exactly what your motivation is, because it will be the fuel you need to continue working on your goals until you reach them.
3) What can you do every single day to reach your goal? Write it down. Work on achieving it every single day.
