Success Breeds Success

I had the pleasure of presenting business and marketing principles, sales, and my story to a group of EMU business students and sports marketing students. What an awesome experience and motivation to continue working hard and Thriving. Success breeds success. Best of luck to the future entrepreneurs and career driven students! – Amir Rademu pres

CLIENT PR

Huge PR for Giri making the 6 plate club at 315 lbs, weighing 157 and 44 years old, doubling his body weight! We transitioned Giri from a runner’s body to an all around total athlete.
The Dead Lift is one of the most important compound movements, and increases core strength more than any exercise if done correctly. See a Thrive coach for Dead Lift technique!

Fitness Tip:
Cut out High Fructose Corn Syrup (HFCS) from your diet. HFCS is a genetically modified form of “sugar” that your body doesn’t naturally respond to. It causes significant weight gain and body fat storage, increases your risk of getting type 2 diabetes, increases hypertension and bad cholesterol levels, and long term Liver damage. Knowing that, too much of any form of sugar isn’t good for you, but complex carbohydrates and fructose from fruits and vegetables should be your diets main source of Carbohydrates. Read the back of your food labels to ensure that you’re not eating this GMO, or any GMO! Aim to eat all natural macro nutrients (proteins, carbohydrates, and fats), with limited portion sizes for your health needs in order to reach your health and fitness goals more efficiently.

Remember, “real food doesn’t have ingredients, real food is ingredients.” Be sure to eat for fuel and not for comfort to become the most efficient version of yourself that you can be. That’s how you Thrive!

Happy Holidays and I hope to see you all after Christmas and the New Year!

As some of you may know, my good friend and amazing fitness coach, Pat has been diagnosed with stage 3 rectal cancer. He’s one of the most passionate people I’ve ever met in my field and bends over backwards for his clients. He said no matter what, he’ll be there to fight for his clients and fight through his cancer battle, and come out on top!!! As he said, your true character is defined when you have to put up with adversity in your life, and how you react to it. He’s such an amazing person, friend, and mentor of mine. Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers. Watch him and follow his hard workouts and progress, and watch him be a warrior through his battle, because if there’s one trait I know about Pat that defines him the best, it’s that he never quits and he always strives to become the hardest worker in the room! “That is how you Thrive!!!”

So proud of this guy! 5 months ago when I started coaching him, he was a de-conditioned 252 lbs. He had lost well over 70 lbs of body fat, built over 16 lbs of lean muscle, he did 59 push-ups in a minute today, 11 pull-ups, and a 10 MINUTE and 5 second plank!!! Wow! Great inspiration for anyone who’s looking to change there life for the better! Contact me for the best fitness coaching, at THRIVE 😃
